本届加拿大青少年商业创意大赛详情
参赛资格及报名方法
参赛资格：10岁以上青少年
演讲PPT上交截止时间：2021年10月14日

报名选手须注明姓名、性别、年龄、联系方式（须注明选手电话及电子邮件）报名参与本次大赛的青少年选手将根据参加培训及比赛准备时间计算义工小时，并将有机会被评选为本年度优秀义工，参加年终盛大颁奖。
大赛主题
本次大赛的主题为How to create a business idea. 其核心内容需要包括以下几个方面：
1．商业创意独特新颖
2．市场分析全面深入
3．策略实施可行可控
4．财务分析客观科学
赛制-流程
此次大赛将分为报名➔培训➔书面评选➔决赛➔颁奖盛典!
1. 报名
全加境内符合条件的选手均可报名参加，对特别优秀的选手将有可能免费邀请到多伦多或者温哥华参加颁奖典礼；选手提交报名后即可选择多伦多或者温哥华的培训，在指定时间内提交方案，经过本次大赛组委会评审组以及专业老师的筛选后，进入决赛。
2. 培训
我们将会不定期为大家举办商业策划方案以及演讲等方面的培训。今年5次培训已全面结束，欢迎大家报名商赛，获取5结课的总结资料。
3. 书面评选
报名选手经过培训，在规定日期（10月14日）前提交一份英文具有市场前景且操作性强的商业策划方案，青基会将特邀名牌大学商学院终身教授、资深金融专家、最权威的行业精英、专家方案进行评选，筛选出大约8-10个方案重点指导及点评，经过修改后，决定最终决定参选的方案。
4. 决赛
决赛以英文为比赛语言，现场英文Presentation及准备评委问答。现场评委为每位选手点评并打分，评选出本届大赛获奖选手。大赛设大奖一名，设最佳创意奖、最佳表现奖，惊喜不断，等你挑战！
5. 颁奖盛典
颁奖典礼现场由神秘嘉宾现场开启揭晓获奖提名与最终大奖得主。在本届的若干精彩候选案例中，让我们一同感受青少年的激情与梦想，探讨创业与创新秘诀，届时将有近千名来宾与精英共襄盛举，共同见证加拿大青少年基金会2021青少年商业创意大赛得奖者的诞生！

历届加拿大青少年商业创意大赛回顾
历届青基会比赛受到社会各界人士的支持和鼓励。国会议员马万里先生Majid Jowhari, 省议员屈洁冰Teresa Wat，联合国儿童基金会UNICEF Canada代表、教育家以及儿童顾问Megan Lawrence均出席2020青基会创业大赛并发表讲话。各位嘉宾一致感谢瑞邦为青少年提供了一个平台，让孩子们在这里得到全方位的提高，不但学习了，也锻炼了组织能力。
我们还特别邀请到超强阵容评审团：包括温莎大学商学院副院长马振中博士、美国GALLUP优势导向教练、CCG培训服务创立者也是本次商业创意大赛特邀评委李玲平女士，特邀评委Enso Connect的创始人Francois Gouelo先生、注册会计师郭珉先生、冠名赞助瑞邦金融总裁廖子蔚女士、Peer One的首席执行官和创始人Jane Li女士世界500强高管及金融专家等。
今年我们会邀请谁来坐镇呢？大家拭目以待！

CYFA YOUTH BUSINESS PROPOSAL CONTEST
So how can you differentiate yourself from your peers?
We are half way through autumn application season with less than 100 days left of 20201 If your application profile only contains academic-related activities, you need to read on.
Youth across Canada come together each year to pitch their business plans with purpose. Over the course of 9 months, participants are given the tools to build an idea from the ground up, develop a strong network of peers and mentors, and ultimately, walk away with a cash prize.
2021 marks our eighth consecutive year celebrating the growth and creativity of Canadian youth from all backgrounds. Plan with a Purpose has been held in support of UNICEF Canada’s School-in-a-Box program since 2018. Collectively CYFA has donated over 60K dollars to support UNICEF initiatives.
Plan with a Purpose is a half a year-long workshop and seminar series that ends with two rounds of presentations in front of a panel of judges, and is an educational experience unlike anything school could hope to be.
• Explore entrepreneurship | experience the process of creating a business, from ideation to prototype and beyond
• Develop new skills | practice public speaking and other key presentational skills with professional guidance
• Meet and learn from industry experts | gain access to our curated panel of judges from a variety of industries including C-Level Executives, Investment Bankers, Financial Experts, Tenured Professors and more.
• Build a community | meet peers from nationwide who will work with you during Plan with a Purpose and long after
• Grow personally & professionally | find the confidence to achieve any goal and become the best version of you
What our CYFA members have learnd:

Workshop #1 was centered around creating inspiring Vision Statements as well as customer and problem identification including crafting clear, concise problem statements.

Workshop # 2 titled“What are you going to do about it?” focused on the solution specifically crafting the solution statement and value propositions.

Workshop #3 was about “Hypothesis Testing & Validation”, and was focused on testing methods.
-
Workshop #4 was about the most commonly used business analysis models in the workplace, such as SWOT Diagram and Petal Diagram.
-
Workshop #5, we talked about financial analysis, which includes What is Revenue Model, How to evaluate Cost, What is Feasibility. And we will put everything all together and discuss how to use the techniques more accurately.

To receive acceptance into the top brand name ivy league and Canadian Universities, you must have outstanding extracurricular and leadership experiences. If your resume currently looks like blank sheet, do not worry.
